You actively work with sales, service, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked, inspiring, and ready to meet customers. With a focus on care, business acumen, and customer needs, you create a personal and positive experience. Your Responsibilities Create a professional, inspiring, and personal customer experience Work with needs-based sales and offer comprehensive solutions Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing with properly priced products Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and expired goods according to procedures Participate in campaign follow-up and sales result tracking Report operational issues and safety risks to management Contribute to a safe, ergonomic, and pleasant work environment as well as a positive workplace culture with teamwork and inclusion We're Looking for You You have a genuine interest in sales and customer service You are solution-oriented, responsible, and business-driven You bring positive energy and teamwork You have good communication skills and thrive in an active pace You have experience in retail sales (a plus but not required) The Position Start date by agreement. Work hours include evenings and weekends. Recruitment A background check will be conducted at the end of the recruitment process for the candidate who advances to the final stage.
