About the Role As a Sales Associate, you are a key person in the daily operations of the store. You actively work with sales, service, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked, inspiring, and ready to meet customers. With a focus on care, business acumen, and customer needs, you create a personal and positive experience. Your Responsibilities Create a professional, inspiring, and personal customer experience Work with needs-based sales and offer comprehensive solutions Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing and that products are price-marked Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and expired items according to procedures Participate in tracking campaigns and sales results Report operational issues and safety risks to your supervisor Contribute to a safe, ergonomic, and pleasant work environment and positive workplace culture with teamwork and inclusion We Are Looking For You If You Have a genuine interest in sales and customer service Are solution-oriented, responsible, and business-driven Bring positive energy and team spirit Have good communication skills and thrive in an active pace Have experience in retail sales (a merit but not required) The Position Permanent part-time employment at 80%, beginning with a 6-month trial period. Start date by agreement. Working hours include evenings and weekends. Please note that one of the positions will have a requirement of 15% (5.5 h/week) in the warehouse. Recruitment Selection is ongoing but only after August 1, 2026. A background check will be conducted at the end of the recruitment process for the candidate who advances to the final stage.
