About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you are a key person in the store's daily operations. You actively work with sales, service, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked, inspiring, and ready to meet customers. With a focus on care, business acumen, and customer needs, you create a personal and positive experience.
Your Responsibilities
Create a professional, inspiring, and personal customer experience
Work with needs-based sales and offer comprehensive solutions
Ensure the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and products are properly priced
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and expired goods according to procedures
Participate in monitoring campaigns and sales results
Report operational disruptions and safety risks to the responsible person
Contribute to a safe, ergonomic, and pleasant work environment and positive workplace culture with teamwork and inclusion
What We're Looking For
Genuine interest in sales and customer service
Solution-oriented, responsible, and business-driven
Bring positive energy and teamwork
Good communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience in retail sales (a plus but not required)
The Position
Temporary position for 2 months.
Start date November 1st.
Working hours include evenings and weekends.
Recruitment
Selection is ongoing. The process includes occupational psychological tests (MAP and Matrigma).
A background check will be conducted at the end of the recruitment process for the candidate who advances to the final stage.
