Your role as a sales associate/self-care advisor for Kronans Apotek in Gällivare Malmheden
We are looking for a service-oriented and engaged sales associate for our pharmacy Kronans Apotek Gällivare Malmheden. You will work daily to help our customers achieve better health. The pharmacy is located in Malmheden, a commercial and business area in Gällivare, with good accessibility and parking nearby. In the surrounding area you will find, among other things, a grocery store and other services, which provides a good customer flow and makes it easy for customers to take care of multiple errands in connection with their pharmacy visit. You will work together with a competent and collaborative team consisting of two pharmacists, a self-care specialist, and two sales associates who jointly take responsibility for the pharmacy and contribute to high-quality customer experiences.
The daily work is varied and includes everything from providing the best possible customer service to selling self-care products. Your main responsibilities include:
Cash handling.
Restocking, labeling, and merchandising products.
Promote engagement and collaboration within the pharmacy and together with the team create positive customer experiences.
Ordering products and inventory management.
The pharmacy is open 09-17 on weekdays and closed on weekends. We offer a permanent part-time position and you will be part of pharmacy manager Jaana Kopparis' team. Preferred start date immediately/by agreement.
We are looking for someone with experience in service and sales. If you are currently training to become a pharmacist or have previous experience from the pharmacy industry, that is a merit.
