A Day as a Sales Associate in Our 3Butik
It's the start of a new day. You make sure the store is ready for the day, ensure the store is clean and neat, check sales results, and then set goals for the day. You read up on our latest product launch and our ongoing campaigns. Soon you open the store and are ready for today's first customer interaction.
During the day, you and your manager will review sales, customer satisfaction, daily operations, and you will receive regular coaching. You stay up to date on training, new products, campaigns, and services. Together with your colleagues, you strive to reach the store's budget and deliver high-quality customer interactions.

Who Are You?
We believe you are service-oriented and interested in sales. As a person, you are relationship-building and communicative, and driven by working toward goals. We also see that you are responsible and a real buddy! Working as a Sales Associate in 3Butik means your working hours are scheduled during both daytime and evening hours as well as weekdays and weekends, so a prerequisite is that this fits your life situation. You also need to be at least 18 years old and speak Swedish and English.
