You make sure the store is ready for the day, ensure the store is clean and nice, check sales results, and then set goals for the day. You read up on our latest product launch and our ongoing campaigns. Soon you open the store and are ready for your first customer interaction of the day. During the day, you and your manager will review sales, customer satisfaction, daily operations, and you will receive regular coaching. You stay updated on training, new products, campaigns, and services. Together with your colleagues, you strive to reach the store's budget and deliver high-quality customer interactions. Working as a Sales Associate in 3Butik means working hours are scheduled during both daytime and evening hours as well as weekdays and weekends, so a prerequisite is that this fits your life situation.
