About the Role As an independent direct seller for More Than Love, you plan and conduct your own home parties with our support. You host our popular home parties where you present parts of our product range in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Parties are primarily held in the evenings and on weekends in private homes, at events, or digitally. You decide when and how much you want to work. More Than Love handles training, booking support, marketing materials, and ongoing support. You're responsible for conducting your home parties, taking orders, and handling customer payments in connection with sales. More Than Love takes care of customer service and administration—you focus on creating a positive experience and inspiring new discoveries. During a party, you showcase parts of our product range, presenting the products in an informative, relaxed, and safe way that sparks both laughter and curiosity. Qualifications We're looking for you if you: - are open, positive, and comfortable in social settings - have a natural ability to make connections and build trust - enjoy speaking to groups - are thorough, independent, and punctual - have basic computer skills and internet access - can enter into the company's direct seller agreement and take responsibility for orders and customer payments in connection with your home parties. A driver's license is a plus but not required.
