About the Role As an independent direct seller for More Than Love, you plan and conduct your own home parties with our support. You host our valued home parties where you present parts of our product range in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Parties are arranged primarily in evenings and weekends in private homes, at events, or digitally. You plan when and how much you want to work. More Than Love handles training, booking support, marketing materials, and ongoing support. You're responsible for conducting your home parties, taking orders, and handling customer payments in connection with your sales. More Than Love takes care of customer service and administration—you focus on creating a positive experience and inspiring new discoveries. During a party, you showcase parts of our product range, telling customers about the products in an informative, lighthearted, and safe way that sparks both laughter and curiosity. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: - is open, positive, and comfortable in social settings - has an easy time making connections and building trust - enjoys speaking in front of groups - is thorough, independent, and punctual - has basic computer skills and internet access - can enter into the company's direct seller agreement and manage orders and customer payments in connection with your home parties. A driver's license is a plus but not required.
