You don't need any previous experience—we provide training, materials, and personal guidance to get you started. About the Role As an independent direct sales representative for More Than Love, you plan and host your own home parties with our support. You'll host our popular home parties where you present selections from our product range in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Parties are primarily held in the evenings and on weekends in private homes, at events, or online. You plan when and how much you want to work. More Than Love handles training, booking support, marketing materials, and ongoing support. You're responsible for hosting your home parties, taking orders, and handling customer payments in connection with sales. More Than Love manages customer service and administration—you focus on creating a positive experience and inspiring new discoveries. During a party, you showcase parts of our product range, talking about the products in an informative, relaxed, and safe way that both brings laughter and sparks curiosity. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: - is open, positive, and comfortable in social settings - has an easy time making connections and building trust - enjoys speaking to groups - is thorough, independent, and punctual - has basic computer skills and internet access - can enter into the company's direct sales agreement and manage orders and customer payments in connection with your home parties. A driver's license is a plus but not required.
