You don't need any previous experience—we provide training, materials, and personal guidance to get you started. About the Role As an independent direct sales representative for More Than Love, you plan and host your own home parties with our support. You'll conduct our popular home parties where you present our product selection in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Parties are primarily held in the evenings and on weekends in private homes, at events, or digitally. You decide when and how much you want to work. More Than Love handles training, booking support, marketing materials, and ongoing support. You're responsible for hosting your home parties, taking orders, and processing customer payments during sales. More Than Love manages customer service and administration, while you focus on creating a positive experience and inspiring new discoveries. During a party, you showcase parts of our product range, discussing products in an informative, lighthearted, and safe manner that brings both laughter and curiosity. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: - is open, positive, and comfortable in social settings - has an easy time making connections and building trust - enjoys speaking in front of groups - is detail-oriented, independent, and punctual - has basic computer skills and internet access - can sign the company's direct sales agreement and manage orders and customer payments in connection with your home parties A driver's license is a plus but not required.
