Here you'll have the chance to combine sales, team spirit, and leadership – in a role where you make a real difference. 💼 About the role: You'll start your journey as a security sales representative and learn the fundamentals of our offering, our customers, and our sales methodology. With support from leaders and colleagues, you'll develop step by step – with the goal of taking the leap to Team Leader. When you're ready, you'll take on greater responsibility where you: Work with direct field sales – and lead by example through your performance. Coach, motivate, and support your team toward shared goals. Contribute to strong team spirit, sales culture, and work environment. This is a perfect role for you if you have a sales drive – but also a desire to develop others. ✅ We're looking for you if you: Have sales experience – preferably field or face-to-face. Are social, responsible, and motivated by targets. Have an interest in coaching, inspiring, and leading others. Have a valid B driver's license and have no entries in the police record or credit reports. Can work Monday–Thursday 13-21 and Friday 10–18. Previous leadership experience is a plus – but not a requirement.
