About Lyker Key Lyker Key AB develops and sells electronic key cabinets and digital key management systems that give companies and organizations full control over their keys – who takes what, when, and why. We are part of Schotte Group AB based in Uppsala and are now expanding our customer base throughout the Nordic region. The Role We are looking for someone who wants to own the entire customer journey – from first contact to satisfied returning customer. You will be our face toward property management companies, municipalities, businesses, and other organizations where key management is needed. Your main responsibilities: Develop new customers via phone, email, and customer visits Conduct product demonstrations of key cabinets and software Prepare quotes and drive deals to completion Onboard new customers and ensure smooth implementation Customer care: ongoing follow-up, first-line support, and upselling to existing customers Who Are You? Experience with B2B sales, preferably of technical products or SaaS Technically minded – you are comfortable demonstrating both hardware and software Self-driven and organized, experienced in driving your own deals from start to finish Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, good English Class B driver's license (customer visits will occur) Meritorious: experience from the security industry, real estate industry, or access control systems.
