With care, quality, and enthusiasm, we have become the market leader in on-site shoe sales that make a difference in people's daily lives. Now we're looking for a new sales representative for the Karlstad district, as our current sales representative is moving on to new challenges – could it be you? Your Assignment As a sales representative at JOBI, you meet our customers at their workplaces. Every day you have five pre-booked visits, where you showcase the season's shoe collection and help customers find the right shoes for their feet and their work. You "talk feet" – conduct a needs analysis, let the customer try on shoes, and select the right model. It's a dynamic role with lots of customer contact, energy, and personal responsibility. We're Looking for Someone Who… has an easy time making connections and building trust enjoys working independently but also appreciates collaboration has at least five years of full-time work experience can handle physically active work (packing, lifting, etc.) believes that sales is about helping people We Offer You Initial training and ongoing support Company car and mobile phone Fixed salary (30,500) + commission Pre-booked customer visits – you focus on sales and customer interactions With us, you'll find colleagues who care – about both you and our customers.
