We are now seeking an engaged and business-driven Solar Energy Consultant who wants to be part of developing our operations. About the Position As a Solar Energy Consultant, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from first contact to completed installation. You are the customer's personal contact throughout the project and actively work to build long-term relationships and high customer satisfaction. Sales take place through a combination of: - Incoming customer inquiries from the company's marketing - Your own customer contacts and recommendations - Active prospecting of new customers through outreach and cold calling We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys creating business opportunities and is not afraid to take own initiative. Your Responsibilities - Contact and follow up on incoming customer inquiries - Actively seek out new customers through your own prospecting efforts - Conduct customer meetings, both digitally and on-site - Advise customers and develop the best solution based on their needs - Create calculations in our Excel-based system - Prepare professional quotes in our quotation system (Cling) - Design solar installations in OpenSolar - Follow up on quotes and drive deals to completion - Be the customer's contact person throughout the entire project - Assist customers with necessary forms and documents before installation - Coordinate the project together with our electricians and project managers - Ensure the customer receives a professional experience from first contact through completed installation We are Looking for Someone Who - Has documented experience in solar energy sales - Is accustomed to working toward set sales targets - Has experience creating their own business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling - Has excellent social and communication skills - Is self-driven, responsible, and results-oriented - Has good computer skills and easily works with digital systems - Has a valid driver's license (Category B) We Offer - Attractive commission-based compensation with no salary cap - Incoming customer inquiries as a complement to your own sales efforts - Training in our products, systems, and work processes - The opportunity to work with leading products in solar energy and battery storage - Great freedom and independence - Opportunity to develop in a company with high ambitions and strong growth About HFA Solenergi HFA Solenergi offers complete solutions in solar panels, battery storage, charging stations, and smart energy management for private individuals, businesses, and property owners.
