Hi, We are looking for an engaged and experienced person from the construction industry who wants to work with customer contact, site visits, and quotation work in our company. About the role and responsibilities In this role, the person is responsible for the customer journey from the first contact until the project is handed over to our craftspeople. The main tasks include: Meeting with customers: Drive contact with both new and existing customers and visit them on site to analyze needs and assess the scope of the project. Quotes and estimates: Create, submit, and follow up on clear quotations. Focus on bathrooms: Specifically responsible for bathroom renovations, which requires in-depth knowledge of materials, work processes, industry regulations, and cost calculations. Coordination: Serve as a smooth link between the customer and the company's craftspeople to ensure that all parties have the correct information. Qualifications and profile We are looking for a person who is social, responsible, and service-oriented with a good understanding of construction and renovation processes. Must-haves: Practical experience or very good knowledge within construction and renovation. Merit factors: Experience with cost estimation/quotation work and specific expertise in bathroom projects.
