As a Sales Associate in Produce at Stora Coop Nolhaga, you'll be responsible for performing all routine tasks in the store and ensuring the best possible customer service. You are an important face of the store and work according to Coop's guidelines, procedures, and values. You are a key person in customer interactions and in creating a pleasant and inspiring store environment.
We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, positive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where you meet many people every day. You take responsibility, collaborate well with others, and actively contribute to an inclusive work environment. To succeed in this role, we see that you have good physical fitness as the work may involve heavy lifting, and that you have a strong desire to learn and develop in your role.
Main Responsibilities
Stocking and facing merchandise
Building attractive product displays
Cashier duties
Handling complaints and issues according to procedures
Quality control, cleaning, and organization in the store, warehouse, and staff areas
Maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment
Following shrink and waste procedures
Contributing to continuous improvements and a good work environment
Depending on store needs, you may also work with:
Product ordering
Returns, receiving inspections, and packing slips
Handling CAO
Price tag and campaign signage
Price changes
Opening and closing the store according to current procedures.

This is a full-time position of 38.25 h/week with start date August 17 through September 13. Working hours vary and are scheduled for daytime and evening shifts as well as weekends. Recruitment is ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
Requirements
Good Swedish in speech and writing is required
Must be 18 years old as you'll be working independently at the register
Meritorious:
Experience and skills from retail and/or other service professions are advantageous
Secondary education.
Multilingualism.
Basic knowledge of store economics or food handling.
