Sales Representative for Monster Energy Drink – Västerås / Uppsala

Sweden's fastest-growing energy drink brand continues to expand – and we're now growing our successful sales team to reach even more customers and drive the next phase of our growth journey. We're looking for you who are based primarily in Uppsala or Västerås. You are goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, skilled at building trust, and through creative actions create the best conditions in-store with consumers – that's who we're seeking. We'd love to see that you have experience in sales to Grocery or Service retail, and if you also have experience from the beverage department, that's extra valuable. If you've worked in a store in the beverage department, that's also a plus. The employer is Monster Energy Sweden, but recruitment is handled by Nextstore Group AB. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop sales of our products in existing stores with help from assortment, displays, and campaigns. Implementation of central market activations and campaigns in stores. Training and coaching of beverage staff in stores. Identify and find new resellers of our products. You report your completed work in our CRM system. EXPERIENCE Sales experience – preferably within the grocery and beverage industry. Previously worked on your own sales district with budget and responsibility for your targets. MS Office experience – comfortable with Excel and Word. Driver's license category B. Business-level English.
