Sales Representative for Monster Energy Drink – Uddevalla - Lidköping

Sweden's fastest-growing energy drink brand continues to expand – now we're growing our successful sales team to reach even more customers and drive the next phase of our growth journey. We're looking for you who primarily live in Uddevalla, Trollhättan, or Lidköping or in the surrounding area. You are goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, excellent at building trust, and through creative actions create the best conditions in-store with consumers – that's who we're looking for. We'd like to see that you have experience in sales to Grocery or Service retail, and if you also have experience from the beverage department, that's a plus. If you've worked in-store in the beverage department, that's also a merit. The employer is Monster Energy Sweden, but recruitment is handled by Nextstore Group AB. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop sales of our products in existing stores with the help of assortment, displays, and campaigns. Implementation of central market activations and campaigns in stores. Training and coaching of beverage staff in stores. Identify and find new resellers of our products. You report your completed work in our CRM system. EXPERIENCE Sales experience – preferably within the grocery and beverage industry. Previously worked on your own sales district with budget and responsibility for your targets. MS Office experience – comfortable with Excel and Word. Driver's license category B. Business-level English.
