Sales Representative for Monster Energy Drink – Stockholm

Sweden's fastest-growing energy drink brand continues to expand – now we're growing our successful sales team to reach even more customers and drive the next phase of our growth journey. We're looking for you who live in the greater Stockholm area for the central Stockholm district. You are goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, skilled at building trust, and through creative action create the best conditions in-store with consumers – that's who we're looking for. We'd like to see experience from sales in Grocery or Service retail, and experience from the beverage department is especially valuable. If you've worked in-store in the beverage department, that's also a plus. The employer is Monster Energy Sweden, but recruitment is handled by Nextstore Group AB. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop sales of our products in existing stores using assortment, displays, and campaigns. Execute central market activations and campaigns in stores. Train and coach beverage staff in stores. Identify and find new resellers for our products. You report your completed work in our CRM system. EXPERIENCE Sales experience – preferably within the grocery and beverage industry. Previous work on your own sales district with budget and responsibility for your targets. MS Office experience – comfortable with Excel and Word. Driver's license category B. Business-level English.
