Sweden's fastest-growing energy drink brand continues to expand – we are now growing our successful sales team to reach even more customers and drive the next phase of our growth journey. We are now looking for someone primarily based in Örebro or Karlstad. You are goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, skilled at building trust, and through creative actions create the best conditions in-store with consumers – that's who we're looking for. We would like to see that you have experience in sales to Grocery or Service retail, and if you also have experience from the beverage department, that's a strong plus. If you've worked in retail in the beverage department, that's also a merit. The employer is Monster Energy Sweden, but recruitment is handled by Nextstore Group AB. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop sales of our products in existing stores using assortment, displays, and campaigns. Implementation of central market activations and campaigns in stores. Training and coaching of beverage staff in stores. Identify and find new resellers of our products. You report your completed work in our CRM system. EXPERIENCE Sales experience – preferably within the grocery and beverage industry. Previously worked on your own sales district with budget and responsibility for your targets. MS Office experience – comfortable with Excel and Word. Driving license category B. Business-level English. THE DISTRICT The district is well-established and includes the main cities Örebro, Karlstad, Karlskoga, and Mariestad with surrounding areas.
