Coop Stationsstaden is seeking a new sales associate to join our wonderful team! At Coop, we don't just deliver quality goods at great prices, we see ourselves a bit like a surprise toy. We always deliver something exciting to our customers, something you can enjoy (mainly in the kitchen but we have other things too) and of course we have plenty of chocolate and other treats. On top of that, customers receive top-notch service from our staff. Working as a sales associate at Coop is highly varied work. You perform cashier duties, sales, stock picking, merchandising, ordering, and much, much more. Your duties as a sales associate include: Ensuring shelves are always fronted and well-stocked Ensuring all products have correct prices Handling complaints and customer feedback in a professional manner according to guidelines Keeping the store clean and sales-oriented This is a permanent position at 25 hours/week for the cashier & stock picking role. 30 hours/week for the deli role. A probationary period may apply. Your working hours may vary as we are open when our customers want to shop, from morning to evening, Monday through Sunday. Number of positions advertised: 2 Experience and expertise in retail sales are advantageous Experience and expertise in service roles are advantageous Multilingual skills and experience/interest in different cultures are advantageous Most importantly, we are looking for someone genuinely interested in food, service, and sales. You should enjoy working as part of a team and actively contribute to creating a good work environment.
