Sales Representative / Inspector for Indoor Climate – Östergötland

Öst Vent & Isolering AB is growing and seeking a sales representative/inspector to join our team in Östergötland. We help homeowners achieve healthier and more energy-efficient homes through mold treatment, demand-controlled ventilation, and blown-in insulation. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a proactive sales position. You work in selected residential areas in Östergötland, visit homeowners on-site, and schedule your own inspections. You conduct the inspection—including attics—and document everything in our digital system. Afterward, you develop and present a solution and quote to the customer, and follow the deal through to installation. You report directly to the CEO/Sales Manager with short decision-making paths in your daily work. We are a team with short decision-making paths where everyone works close to the customer—from inspection to completed job. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU - are driven, persistent, and enjoy proactive sales - have a natural ability to build trust with homeowners - are thorough and can work practically in attics and tight spaces - hold a B-category driver's license and have access to your own car during the trial period - have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, as the role is based on consulting and documentation Experience in sales or construction/ventilation is a plus—but we prioritize the right person over the perfect CV.
