About the role
As a sales representative at Flyttsmart, you are responsible for incoming quote requests from people facing a move. Your task is to understand the customer's situation, guide them through the entire process, and ensure they get the right setup - from first contact to booked service. You work closely with both customer and supplier and ensure that every deal is right from the start.
The role involves clear personal responsibility where you drive your deals independently, with a focus on both customer experience and results.
Your main responsibilities
- Contact customers who have submitted an inquiry, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes with a focus on creating value for the customer and leading to booking
- Ensure a smooth and professional overall experience and identify opportunities to develop the business

Who are you?
- You are a relationship-building sales representative who thrives on taking responsibility and driving deals all the way to completion, while creating security for the customer throughout the process
- You are confident on the phone, build trust quickly, and have an advisory working style
- You are structured and actively work with follow-up and closing
- You thrive in a fast pace and handle multiple deals in parallel
- Experience in quote-based sales or similar industry is a major plus
