About the pharmacist role at Hjärtat As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you work alternately with counseling and sales within prescription and self-care products. Our work group is characterized by joy, laughter, and helpfulness. The pharmacy is open all weekdays between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. The pharmacy is located just a stone's throw from Mölndal station, making it easy to commute to work by bus, tram, and train. As a small pharmacy, you get the chance to work with various tasks. The position may include temporary assignments to other pharmacies in the Gothenburg region. This is a permanent position. Full-time and part-time arrangements can be discussed. Are you the person we're looking for? We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmaceutical technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in this description: You show interest and commitment when meeting with customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and across the region/entire Apotek Hjärtat. You take responsibility for meeting the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed. You contribute with a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in daily work. As sales responsible, you have the following responsibilities: • Take appropriate measures to reach established targets for the pharmacy. • Optimize Apotek Hjärtat's campaigns and sales activities in consultation with the regional sales coach and pharmacy manager, and ensure that planograms are followed and updated according to instructions. • Develop work methods, in consultation with the pharmacy manager, to achieve optimal customer service and increased sales in the prescription channel. • Responsible for physical sales, such as signage, price labeling, and product displays. • Be a good role model in customer interactions and collect and share practical knowledge to improve customer experience and increase sales. • Coach employees so that customer service, counseling, sales, and efficiency at the pharmacy continuously improve.
