As a service technician with us, you have a mobile, flexible, and independent role. You work directly from home with your service vehicle and have the Stockholm area and surrounding region as your primary work area. Your customers are primarily e-commerce warehouses, logistics centers, and manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities
Acute & Preventive Maintenance: Troubleshooting and mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical repairs of our machinery systems directly at the customer's site.
Installation & Commissioning: Assemble, install, and customize our machines so they integrate perfectly into customers' packaging lines.
Business Development: As the expert on-site and building strong relationships, you also have an eye for business. Through "field upselling," you identify when a customer needs to supplement with accessories, spare parts, or upgrade their existing system, and pass this along or place an order.
Educational Partnership: Instruct and train the customer's operators on how to safely and efficiently operate the machines.
Planning & Teamwork: Structure your own day and routes, and maintain close dialogue with our sales team to provide the customer with the absolute best possible service.
Qualifications
We believe you're a person who loves the combination of working with mechanical tasks and troubleshooting electrical or control issues. You thrive in a role where you can combine technology with business thinking and extensive customer contact. Since you plan much of your time yourself, it's important that you're structured, self-driven, and confident in making decisions in the field.
We're looking for someone who has:
A technical education in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic engineering.
At least 2–3 years of experience as a traveling service technician, field technician, maintenance mechanic, or similar (preferably within production equipment, warehouse, or logistics).
Fluent Swedish and good understanding of English (as our technical manuals and internal systems are often in English).
A B-class driver's license (an absolute requirement).
