In the role you will: Identify and contact potential new clients—you're not afraid to pick up the phone and create your own pipeline. Drive recruitment processes from first contact to signing. Identify, engage, and recruit talent via LinkedIn, your network, and direct outreach. Work closely with our sales team and management to understand customer needs and ensure the right match. Build recruitment strategies that attract the industry's sharpest IT consultants to choose Zcelero. Continuously develop and improve the recruitment process—we're moving forward!
