Do you want to lead Moveat's major expansion into Norway and combine dynamic office life in Stockholm with exciting cross-border trips? Then we have the role for you! About Moveat and the assignment Moveat is a rapidly growing scaleup that helps thousands of people discover new flavors and places through well-planned dining events. Now we're taking the next big step: we're relaunching Moveat in Norway as an independent operation. We're looking for you to take full responsibility for the Norwegian market and build our culinary adventures from the ground up. Your role with us As project manager for Norway, you'll be the driving force behind our establishment. You'll be based at our headquarters in Stockholm surrounded by wonderful colleagues, and you'll make regular trips to Norway. You'll work closely with our Swedish team, but have significant independent responsibility for your projects and results. This means you'll, among other things: Make first contact with Norwegian restaurant owners and sell Moveat as a concept. Build strong, long-term relationships with our partners in Norway. Manage events from idea and sales through quality assurance and follow-up. Travel frequently to Norway for partner meetings and regularly be on-site during events to ensure everything runs smoothly. We believe that you: Speak and write fluent Norwegian with strong Swedish and English skills. Live in Stockholm and thrive with the combination of HQ culture and significant travel. Have sales experience and love it. You get energized from creating new partnerships and closing deals. Are self-driven, positive, efficient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where a lot happens simultaneously. Have good organizational skills and pay attention to details, even when the pace is high. Practical information Location: Stockholm (HQ), with flexibility for trips to Norway. Scope: Full-time. Start: Fall 2026. We'll adjust based on any notice period needed.
