In this role, you will primarily develop new clients where you'll reach out to them and present workfind's recruitment and staffing solutions. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for the business you bring in, from start to finish—managing both placements and the ongoing leadership of the consultants you hire.
You'll have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and enjoy flexibility where you control your own schedule.
This is a full-time position based in Helsingborg.
Who are you?
As a person, you need to be a team player and love taking responsibility. You also have excellent initiative. We believe you'll thrive in an environment with a fast pace and high demands for results, targets, and flexibility. Your communication style is clear and straightforward. You speak and write Swedish fluently.
We'd also love to see experience as a consultant manager from one of our industry peers, and if you have that experience from western Skåne, that's a major plus.
