Pågen is now looking for a sales distributor for one of our regular routes in eastern Norrbotten. The route covers customers in areas including Haparanda, Övertorneå, and Överkalix. Since a large part of the workday is spent on the road, we're looking for someone who enjoys driving and feels confident behind the wheel—even during dark winter mornings and in varying road conditions. About the Position As a sales distributor, you are responsible for ensuring that our fresh bread is delivered to stores and is in place on the shelves when customers arrive. Your work tasks include: Driving a fixed distribution route and delivering bread to our customers. Stocking and displaying our products in stores. Checking assortment, freshness, and fill levels. Handling returns and orders. Maintaining close communication with store staff. Actively working with sales, campaigns, and product visibility in stores. Ensuring that vehicles, cargo, and deliveries are handled safely and correctly. You work independently and plan your day based on the route and customer needs. Over time, you will become familiar with both the roads and the customers, making good relationships, responsibility, and continuity important parts of the work. Work days often start early in the morning. Saturday work may occur as we distribute fresh bread Monday through Saturday. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone who is a confident, responsible, and judicious driver. You enjoy longer driving distances and can maintain a good work pace without compromising traffic safety. For the role to suit you, we also believe that you: Are self-driven, organized, and reliable. Are service-oriented and enjoy meeting people. Have an easy way of building trust and good customer relationships. Enjoy active and sometimes physical work. Are flexible and can handle changes during the workday. Are thorough and take responsibility for vehicles, goods, and deliveries. Have good spoken and written Swedish. You must have at least a category B driving license. Category C driving license and valid food handling certification (YKB) are desirable but not required. Experience in distribution, retail, sales, or other service roles is also desirable. Where Can You Live? The route's geographic layout makes this position particularly suitable if you live in Kalix, Haparanda, Övertorneå, or Överkalix.
