About the Role In this role, you'll work as a liaison between our customers and our contracted craftspeople, with a focus on projects including: • Bathroom renovations • Flooring installation • Floor sanding • Painting • Demolition • Roofing • Facade work • Other types of renovation and remodeling work You'll handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, schedule assignments, and be responsible for preparing and calculating quotes. The role requires both commercial and technical acumen – you need to understand the customer's needs, translate them into a concrete project, and ensure that the right craftspeople receive the right information at the right time. We'll provide you with ongoing training on our products, services, and processes, so you feel confident guiding both customers and suppliers. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who: • Is communicative and solution-oriented • Has an interest in the construction and renovation industry • Enjoys juggling multiple tasks and thrives in a coordinating role • Is self-driven but also a team player • Has good computer skills and an organized work approach • Speaks and writes Swedish fluently, and preferably English as well Merits (not requirements): • Have worked in a building materials retail environment • Have a trade background in, for example, painting, flooring installation, floor sanding, bathroom renovation, demolition, roofing, or facade work • Have experience from other parts of the construction or trades industry We place great emphasis on your personality, engagement, and willingness to learn – these matter more than your exact background.
