We currently have approximately 140 employees with our own sales offices in the largest markets: USA, Germany, and Japan. Your Responsibilities As Sales Support Manager at Pressmaster, you will be an important link between our sales team and our application department. You will drive Pressmaster's projects within customer-specific tool applications and provide administrative, technical, and marketing-related support to our sales team. In this role, you ensure that our projects are driven in line with current business and technical requirements and that we deliver according to agreed quality standards. Together with your colleagues, you work to transform important customer inquiries into successful and profitable deals. Your Profile To succeed in the role of Sales Support Manager, we see that you are a team player who has great technical curiosity and strong interest in product development. You have a humble approach and are receptive to both colleagues and customers. You are motivated by taking responsibility for your work and delivering high quality. As a person, you are solution-oriented, analytical, thorough, and communicative. To stay informed about markets, customers, and competitors, the role also includes visiting and representing us at trade shows and exhibitions once a year. We are looking for someone who has: • A business or technical post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in an appropriate technical field. • A couple of years of experience in technical customer service/sales support, preferably within manufacturing industry • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing • B-class driver's license If you have knowledge of Japanese, German, or technical English, that is highly meriting.
