About Nil Medical We develop and sell innovative solutions that enable freedom of movement during medical treatment. Common infusion equipment, such as IV stands and backpacks, limit patients' mobility and opportunity for an active and independent life during treatment. Our product, Nil Medical Vestpack, is a CE-marked medical device that enables freedom of movement during treatment in a safe and secure way, for both children and adults. Freedom of movement and a more active life can provide higher quality of life, better rehabilitation and more energy to manage demanding treatment. Nil Medical Vestpack is used in approximately ten hospitals in the Nordic region and is also being evaluated by many hospitals throughout Europe. We are part-owned by Barncancerfonden Impact Invest, selected for Umeå Biotech Incubators' growth program, and have our office at Umeå Science Park on Tvistevägen 48. About the Role Nil Medical is seeking an engaged Sales Manager with experience in international sales of medical devices to healthcare providers. As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and expanding Vestpack, particularly internationally. We are a small company with big ambitions and see this role as central to the continued development of Nil Medical. As Sales Manager, your main focus is sales and marketing, but you will also be part of building the company and contributing where needed. Together we want to create a company that truly makes a difference. Your Responsibilities Drive sales to healthcare providers and clinics, both internationally and nationally. Contact and visit healthcare professionals and decision-makers to initiate and create long-term customer relationships. Represent Nil Medical at trade fairs, conferences and events. Develop strategies for market introduction and commercialization in new countries. Through marketing, communicate the value of Vestpack and upcoming products to healthcare providers, decision-makers, the public and other stakeholders. Build networks with other actors in infusion treatment and nutritional support. Contribute to internal business development, processes and organizational development. Who Are You? You are values-driven and motivated by making a difference. You have several years of experience in international sales to healthcare providers and understand healthcare providers' needs and processes. You are confident in writing, speaking and giving presentations and meetings in English. You appreciate both new customer sales and building long-term relationships. You have a good understanding of marketing, market introduction, sales and brand building. You are attracted to being part of a growth journey and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you take initiative and drive work forward. You are unpretentious and help with what is needed in a small company. Meritorious Experience Business development within medtech, life science or related industries. Work in small companies during growth. Work within healthcare. Knowledge of regulatory requirements (CE marking, QMS). University education in life science or marketing.
