Customer Service, Relationships & Upselling Are you social, driven, and love the feeling of closing a really great deal – while keeping the customer happy? We're now hiring Sales Advisors for an energetic team where customer service meets sales. You'll work with existing customers, build relationships, and help them find the right solutions – while actively driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This role is for you if you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have clear goals in mind – and get extra motivated by the chance to directly impact your own results. What will you do? You'll be: Contacting existing customers via phone and other digital channels. Helping customers with questions, service, and guidance. Following up on customer matters and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Identifying customer needs and spotting upselling opportunities. Presenting relevant products and solutions in a natural, consultative way. Working toward individual and team goals together with your colleagues. Bringing energy, ideas, and engagement to the team's development. Who are you? We believe you're someone who enjoys talking with people and finds it easy to connect.
