Security Protection Specialist with Administrative Focus We are now seeking a security protection specialist with a focus on administration who wants to support our operations in managing security clearance reviews. About the Position As a security protection specialist within the unit, your work tasks will primarily consist of supporting operations with the administrative management of FMV's security clearance reviews. In addition, you will monitor the department's functional mailbox and distribute incoming emails, answer questions, prepare and register decisions, archive documents and decisions, and update forms. You will also be involved in structuring the unit's working methods and, if needed, support other administrative tasks that occur within the department. The position is located at Gärdet in Stockholm. About You We are seeking someone with at least post-secondary education or other education in a relevant area that the employer finds appropriate. You have current and role-relevant experience with administrative work in security protection at a government agency as well as experience with document management in the public sector. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have good knowledge of the Office suite. It is an advantage if you have relevant education in security protection, have experience with various administrative systems, and are accustomed to working in an organization with high demands for integrity and security awareness. If you have knowledge of the security protection law, we also see that as an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You are independent, stable, and can prioritize and take responsibility for your tasks.
