We are now seeking an information security protection officer who wants to drive and develop our security protection work at the agency. Have you worked with information security in a larger organization? Are you proactive, strategic, and have strong collaboration skills? Then this could be an exciting challenge for you! About the Position As an information security protection officer, you will provide advice and information to the organization on information security matters. You will represent FMV and collaborate with other agencies/organizations on information security issues. You will participate in and follow up on audits concerning information security, and contribute to the development and maintenance of regulations, policies, guidelines, and methods, as well as educational materials in this field. Your role will also include developing methodological support including instructions and templates, conducting training, and providing support and advice within the information security area. The position is located at Gärdet in Stockholm. About You We are seeking someone with post-secondary education focused on information security or equivalent work experience and qualifications acquired in other ways. You have several years of experience working with information security in a larger organization. You also have solid knowledge and experience working with information security management systems and experience with information classification. We also see that you have knowledge of Swedish security protection legislation as well as basic knowledge of the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, and are accustomed to representing your subject area nationally and internationally when applicable. It is advantageous if you have experience standardizing, setting requirements for, and monitoring information security work in a larger organization. Experience working with various information security regulations and experience implementing and monitoring compliance controls is also considered advantageous. It is also beneficial if you are familiar with the Armed Forces, MSB, or the Security Police regulations on information security, as well as international information security frameworks, such as those related to the EU and NATO.
