We are now seeking a Security Coordinator with a focus on security protection agreements for Teracom About the Position This position is located in our Security and Operations Department and involves overall responsibility for developing, implementing, and managing Teracom's security protection agreement processes and related agreements. You will lead security assessments, manage contacts with authorities and suppliers, and ensure that both our and our clients' protected assets are preserved in accordance with applicable requirements and legislation. You serve as a support and advisor to the organization on matters related to security protection agreements and security procedures, and are the contact person for both suppliers and authorities such as the Security Police and the Armed Forces. Duties and Responsibilities Lead and develop Teracom's security processes regarding external actors and security protection agreements. Develop, implement, and manage processes and system support for the entire lifecycle of security-related agreements. Conduct security assessments and special security protection assessments together with specialists. Manage administration and contact with the Security Police, supervisory authorities, and clients. Follow up on and ensure implementation of security protection agreements and support the organization on these matters. Train the organization on security protection agreement processes and keep documentation updated. Participate in incident management, personnel security matters, and other security-related tasks as needed. Qualifications Security-focused higher education/university degree or equivalent relevant security training. Previous experience working with security protection agreements and/or other relevant security tasks. Experience creating and leading projects or working groups. Documented experience conducting background checks on individuals and/or companies. Good proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Driver's license category B. You thrive working both independently and as part of a team, and have the ability to build engagement and understanding of security matters in the organization. Other Requirements Employment requires passed drug and alcohol testing, background check, and security vetting with register check. Swedish or Nordic citizenship is required.
