Assignment Description The client is seeking a Security Coordinator for business protection and security protection. The assignment will be directed and managed by the Group Manager for Division-Level Security and Operational Exposure, and will be conducted in close collaboration with other operations within the division, as well as with other business areas, external parties, and stakeholders. The primary focus of the assignment is to provide support in the client's work on business and security protection. The intention is, among other things, to develop existing processes, routines, and competency support within the client organization. The assignment will be based on the client's operations in relation to applicable laws and regulations in the field. Examples of tasks and responsibilities: Serve as a competency resource and contact point between operations and the central security function. Clarify the new security organization's responsibilities and procedures for procurement (contracts), development plans, security protection agreements, project planning, security assessments, information security, physical security, and management of security protection. Classification of documents for confidentiality and security protection. Support with requirements management for security-sensitive operations. Participate in and support the implementation of business protection and security protection measures. Coordination of activities within the scope of the assignment with other members of the security function. Prepare presentation materials and meeting minutes. Increase competency and awareness regarding the client's security work, including planning and implementing training initiatives within parts of the organization. The coordinator shall continuously report their work to either the Group Manager for Division-Level Security and Operational Exposure or the Security Protection Manager depending on the subject area, and is expected to be able to report status in terms of time, cost, and quality. Mandatory Requirements At least four (4) years of documented work experience in security protection work where current legislation in the field has been applied, including, but not limited to: the Security Protection Act (2018:585), the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (2009:400), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable regulations and directives from the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) concerning security protection and information security. At least three (3) years of documented work experience in business protection work within critical infrastructure (for example: Police, Swedish Armed Forces, energy sector, transport sector). At least two (2) years of documented work experience in both physical security and information security, including work with risk assessments, requirements specification, or implementation of security measures. At least one (1) year of documented experience developing, implementing, and following up on processes, routines, or governance documents within security protection, information security, or business protection. Meritorious At least 2 years of experience in business protection or security protection work within rail-based operations. At least two years of experience establishing, managing, and terminating security protection agreements and security protection arrangements.
