DUTIES
Due to parental leave, we are now seeking a curious and driven employee interested in a 5-month temporary assignment.
In your role as Security Coordinator for Crime Prevention and Internal Protection, you will provide advice and support to our operations and serve as a sounding board for managers. You will work closely with two colleagues who currently work in the areas of civil preparedness and civil defense.
Examples of operational security duties include responsibility for analyzing security risks (operational security analysis), developing the municipality's methods and internal regulations for operational security, preparing materials for strategic decisions, developing, planning, coordinating and monitoring security-enhancing measures, providing training in ongoing deadly violence (PDV), and informing and training on security matters.
Examples of crime prevention duties include responsibility for further developing the municipality's crime prevention work.
This involves collaboration with various operations within the municipality group, but also with municipal police, businesses, associations, property owners, and others.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Post-secondary or academic education with a focus on security and civil protection
Driver's License
Driver's license class B at minimum
Communication
Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: Start date: 2026-09-01, End date: 2027-01-31.
