Job Description
As a Security Coordinator, you will have an important role in the institution's systematic security work. You will work operatively with security-related matters, such as risk and security assessments. Your responsibilities include coordinating the planning, implementation, and follow-up of security work at the institution. You will also be responsible for coordinating the implementation and development of local routines, guidelines, and action plans within the security field. Important and prioritized tasks initially will be to ensure security assessments and the institution's incident reporting (ISAP). The responsibility includes quality assurance and evaluation of reports, distribution to incident handlers, and follow-up.
It will also be your task to assist the institution director with situation reports from the incident reporting system. You will coordinate the drug prevention work at the institution and coordinate the institution's information security work. As Security Coordinator, you will participate in introductions, training, and exercises within the security field.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with education in the security field, or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent. You must have experience in security work and enjoy developing routines and working methods. Experience working in an environment with incidents and serious events is required. You must have good communication skills in speech and writing and practical experience in the areas of exercises, training, and risk and security assessments. You also have good computer skills (Office suite). Some experience in technical physical security work is desirable. It is advantageous to have experience working with involuntary care or detention. You take great responsibility for your work and have good collaboration skills. Furthermore, you are analytically and pedagogically inclined.

You are a skilled problem solver who is well-organized, and enjoys working both independently and in a team.
