This is a job for someone who wants to take responsibility. As a Security Advisor in Operational Security at Försäkringskassan, you work to protect both people and operations. You provide advice and support across all our security areas – such as information security, employee protection, and protection of facilities and property. You support managers and employees throughout the organization and help create a sense of security through training, information, and incident management. You work both preventatively and operationally – for example by: training and increasing knowledge in security matters handling and investigating security incidents supporting in threat and violence situations, including threat assessments proposing security-enhancing measures working with crisis preparedness and continuity planning participating in on-call duty and serving as an on-call officer, which means you staff the agency's support hotline during acute security events and can be contacted to handle security situations outside regular working hours when needed. You will be part of a team of approximately 15 colleagues spread across several locations in the country. Travel on official business occurs. The work involves handling classified information, which requires you to be meticulous and have a high security awareness. To thrive in this role, it is important that you have a secure and stable personality, as well as the ability to handle and act in stressful and sometimes acute situations.
