Security Manager Do you want to take a central role in developing and strengthening our security protection efforts? Our client is now seeking an engaged and competent security manager for their operations in Norrtälje. This is a role for someone who wants to combine operational security work with the opportunity to develop structures, processes, and working methods in a high-tech production environment. As a security manager, you will become an important part of ongoing efforts to ensure a safe, robust, and well-functioning operation. You will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to make a concrete difference by translating requirements, risk assessments, and regulations into practical solutions. About the role In your role as security manager, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and following up on the company's security work and security protection. A central part of the work is to monitor and ensure that the operation's processes and working methods meet relevant customer requirements, agreements, standards, and applicable laws and regulations. You work close to the operation and have many points of contact. You will, among other things, collaborate with colleagues in production, management, clients, and other relevant stakeholders. The role involves both independent work and close cooperation with the operation. The position does not cover occupational health and safety risks and mainly does not include IT security. The position is security classified and requires that you undergo and pass a security clearance. Swedish citizenship is a requirement. Your areas of responsibility In the role, you will, among other things: Monitor, analyze, and implement requirements from customers, clients, and other relevant stakeholders. Review and interpret laws, regulations, agreements, and other governing requirements and ensure that these are implemented in the operation. Responsible for implementing, administering, and further developing the company's work according to ISO 27001 in information security. Conduct risk analyses and vulnerability assessments and follow up on identified risks and measures. Develop training and information materials and plan and conduct internal training. Plan and conduct internal audits. Handle, investigate, and follow up on deviations and ensure that decided measures are implemented. Contribute to continuous development of the company's security processes, routines, and working methods. When needed, contribute to other operation-related tasks within the scope of the role's area of competence. Your profile We believe you are someone who thrives on taking responsibility, driving matters forward, and creating structure in complex contexts. You have an analytical approach and the ability to translate requirements and regulations into clear and practically implementable solutions. To succeed in the role, we would like you to have: Relevant education and/or work experience in the security field. Knowledge and experience of management systems, preferably with a focus on ISO 27001. Experience in risk management, risk analyses, and audit work. A good understanding of how requirements and regulations can be implemented in an operational setting. Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. A structured, thorough, and analytical approach to work. Ability to work independently and drive matters from identified need to implemented action. Good collaboration skills and an ability to build trust and establish relationships, both internally and externally.
