Salaspils Novada Municipality Educational Institution "SALASPILS SPORTA SKOLA" Registration No. 90001262831 Invites Applications for Facilities Manager (Professional Code 5151 03) Main Responsibilities: Work with document management and accounting systems; Prepare employment contracts and job descriptions; Responsible for timely processing of invoices and shipping documents; Prepare and submit event budgets, representation/event expense write-off documents, lists of materials and inventory to be written off; Prepare facility management agreements, work acceptance-transfer acts, and monitor contract compliance; Regularly organize the archive of Salaspils Sporta Skola; Control the distribution, use, and storage of purchased facility materials and inventory Requirements: Professional secondary education or higher education with work experience in a relevant position. Knowledge of administrative and facility management work in municipal/state institutions. Ability to prepare documents in compliance with applicable regulations. Ability to independently monitor and understand changes to external and internal regulations necessary for quality performance of duties. Conduct price inquiries and procurement to support institutional operations. Ability to independently perform, plan, and organize your own work and that of subordinate employees. Strong computer skills, ability to work with office equipment and information technology. Psychological resilience and excellent interpersonal skills. Advanced proficiency in the state language.
