Smiltenes novada Launkalnes apvienības pārvalde (Reg. No. 40900041275) is hiring a Facilities Manager.
We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team who is ready to actively participate in ensuring the management operations of our institution in Brantu, Drustu, and Launkalnes parishes.

Your main responsibilities:
Planning, managing, organizing, and participating in municipal administrative management work: providing community services, territory management and maintenance, road and street maintenance, managing properties, premises, and buildings owned by the municipality;
Preparing technical specifications for management service procurement, conducting price research in daily work. Ensuring rational resource utilization and monitoring results compliance with set objectives;
Preparing and filing documents "Road Technical Inspection" and "Road Maintenance Work Register" and conducting annual traffic intensity records for roads in Brantu, Drustu, and Launkalnes parishes.
We value:
Secondary or vocational education;
Ability to perform tasks under high intensity and time-limited conditions;
Category B driving license;
Communication skills and ability to work in a team;
Latvian language proficiency at C1 level.
