Requirements for candidates:
Secondary or professional education.
Knowledge of external and internal regulatory acts relevant to the quality performance of work duties;
Familiarity with documents regulating the facilities management field.
Ability to make decisions and plan work.
Good communication skills and professional approach to responsibilities.
Main work duties:
- Manage the school's facilities operations.
- Plan, direct and ensure the execution of facilities work.
- Procure materials and inventory for facilities needs.
- Organize, direct and participate in stadium premises repair work.
- Ensure timely technical maintenance, preventive servicing and upkeep of stadium utility systems (electrical, water supply, sewage and heating systems).
- Continuously ensure operational repair and maintenance of damaged inventory, electrical, water supply, sewage and heating system failures, involving specialists when necessary.
- Prepare and submit to the director for approval plans for current or capital repairs of the stadium.
- Perform individual tasks as directed by the director.
- Prepare various facilities management contract proposals.
