State Police General Administration Security Management Department Regional Office Riga Division Specialist Occupation code – 5151 11 General job duties: ensure the fulfillment of housekeeping functions, technical support and its management; ensure the procurement of necessary material assets, participate in the development of technical specifications; conduct market research and price inquiries; organize and perform receipt of material assets; ensure accurate accounting of material assets, safe storage, distribution and write-offs; participate in annual fixed assets and inventory inventories; conduct staff training in fire safety; monitor the technical condition of real property and provide suggestions for improving their maintenance. Education and professional experience required for the position: basic professional education, secondary education or secondary level professional education; understanding of work support and security functions; excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, preferably Microsoft Access) and excellent Latvian language proficiency; desirable experience in organizing housekeeping activities and desirable valid driver's license category "B". We offer: full-time employment; salary from 1097 EUR to 1276 EUR (gross) – after probation period; creative and diverse work; opportunities for professional skills development; health insurance policy; additional leave once per calendar year, based on the employee's annual performance evaluation and results.
