(permanent position)
Primary work location in Valka, Valmiera, or Limbaži

We will entrust you with:
ensuring the maintenance of real estate in cooperation with property managers at the real estate objects of the Vidzeme Real Estate Management Division;
performing small-scale repair work within your competence on structural elements of buildings and structures (floors, windows, doors, walls, etc.) and engineering systems (water supply, sewerage, heating, ventilation, etc.), eliminating their damage;
being familiar with information about contracts concluded by the agency for property maintenance and management;
performing operational control of equipment and engineering communications in objects, monitoring the general condition of buildings and engineering structures;
participating in work involving relocation, unloading, and loading of fixed assets, inventory, and stocks;
complying with fire safety, occupational safety, environmental protection, and other regulatory requirements at the workplace.
Our requirements:
basic education, preferably basic or secondary level professional education;
preferably at least 1 year of practical experience in performing repair work and auxiliary work, experience in real estate management and maintenance;
preferably a plumber's or electrician's certificate;
ability to use technical and other types of devices and work tools in performing your work tasks, knowledge of fire safety and occupational safety requirements;
knowledge of Latvian language (education obtained in Latvian or B2 level 2nd degree);
required "B" category driver's license.
