Requirements · Secondary or secondary specialized/vocational education. · Category B driver's license. · Ability to assess tasks and identify risks during work execution, choosing safe methods. · State language proficiency at intermediate level. · Desirable work experience in a similar position. Skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Skills in the use and operation of machinery. · Sense of responsibility and accuracy. · Skills necessary for repair and maintenance work. Responsibilities · Monitor and maintain water and sewage systems, prevent emergencies. · Monitor and repair water treatment equipment and wastewater treatment equipment, their territory and fencing, and maintain adjacent areas. · Monitor, clean, pump out control structures and perform other necessary work. · Provide municipal office housekeeping services. · Ensure preservation, renewal, and replenishment of household inventory. · Procure necessary goods and materials. · Supervise assigned personnel. · Ensure proper functioning of automatic alarm systems at facilities.
