SECURITY AND STATE ASSETS MANAGEMENT AGENCY invites you to join the team of the Real Estate Management Department Zemgale and Pierīga Real Estate Management Division Facilities Manager (indefinite term) Primary work location: Piestātnes Street 14, Jūrmala We offer: work in a dynamic, interesting, and modern institution, in a professional team; gross monthly salary according to the 3rd position family, Level I, during trial period 780 EUR, after trial period not less than 850 EUR (depending on work performance evaluation) and social guarantees; health insurance after the completion of the trial period; paid additional leave, according to evaluation and institutional regulations; opportunities for professional growth and skills development; We will entrust you with: ensuring the maintenance and management of real estate properties in the Zemgale and Pierīga Real Estate Management Division properties, in cooperation with property managers; performing small-scale repair work and elimination of damage to building and structure constructive elements (floors, windows, doors, walls, etc.) and engineering systems (water supply, sewerage, heating, ventilation, etc.) within your competence; maintaining information about contracts concluded by the agency for property maintenance and management; monitoring the operation of equipment and engineering communications in objects, supervising the general condition of building structures and engineering facilities; participating in the movement, unloading, and loading of fixed assets, inventory, and supplies; complying with fire safety, occupational safety, environmental protection, and other regulatory requirements at the workplace. Our requirements: basic education, preferably basic or secondary level professional education; preferably at least 1 year of practical experience in performing repair and auxiliary work, experience in real estate management and administration; preferably a plumber's or electrician's certificate; ability to use technical and other devices and work tools for performing your work tasks, knowledge of fire safety and occupational safety requirements; knowledge of Latvian language (education obtained in Latvian or A level grade 1); "B" category driving license required.
