Requirements for candidates:
At least secondary or vocational secondary education;
Knowledge of facilities management, including skills in performing repairs, basic plumbing and carpentry work, and equipment maintenance;
Ability to plan and organize work in accordance with the educational institution's goals and objectives;
Good communication and collaboration skills when working with colleagues, government and municipal institutions, and businesses;
Psychological resilience and high standards of professional conduct;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
Responsible attitude toward work and strong self-initiative;
Proficiency in the state language at an advanced level;
Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
Good computer and office equipment skills;
Category B driver's license.
Main responsibilities:
Ensure the school's facilities management operations;
Plan, direct, and supervise the work of technical staff;
Conduct workplace and occupational hazard risk assessments;
Oversee fire safety and occupational health and safety programs at the school;
Ensure timely technical maintenance, preventive servicing, and upkeep of the school's engineering systems (electrical network, alarm system, water supply and sewage, heating system);
Maintain inventory records of school assets, monitor them, and participate in inventory commission work;
Participate in planning and monitoring the school's facilities budget, coordinating fund allocation with the school director and administration head;
Organize and oversee the facilities management aspects of school events;
Ensure and organize facilities services to support school operations, and prepare necessary contract and document drafts;
Comply with workplace procedures and ethical standards.
