No. 90000069281) announces a competition for the Development and Human Resources Management Department Public Relations Division Public Relations Specialist position (permanent employee vacancy) The State Revenue Service's Public Relations Division shapes VID's external and internal communications, collaborates with media outlets, explains topics of public importance and often complex issues to the public, and creates content for various public communication channels. We are looking for a colleague who can quickly grasp the essential, ask clarifying questions, and transform expert-provided information into clear, precise, and publication-ready content. We expect from you: higher education, preferably in social or human sciences; professional experience in the field of public relations of at least one year; very good knowledge of the state language (C1 level) and very good written communication skills; good interpersonal and collaboration skills and the ability to ask clarifying questions; the ability to structure information, highlight what is essential, and express complex professional information in a simple, precise, and understandable manner; careful and responsible attitude toward fact accuracy and work quality; the ability to work at an intensive work pace, meet deadlines, and find solutions in complex situations; good skills in working with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; compliance with the requirements of Section 2 of Article 6 of the State Revenue Service Law; impeccable reputation. We will entrust you with: collaborating with media outlets and preparing responses to media inquiries; creating press releases, news, explanatory materials, and other communications, adapting content to various communication channels and target audiences; preparing content for the VID website, social networks, and other public information sources; participating in the implementation of informational and social campaigns, public relations, and media events (press conferences, interviews); monitoring VID publicity and participating in the preparation of communication materials; participating in the preparation of communication projects, procurements, and related documents.
